Hi Hal, Mary and friends. Just a note to express our gratitude for your kind service and friendship. We felt at home the Casa del Cocinero Lodge. The cabin was more than we expected, very comfortable, clean, and warm. We certainly enjoyed the hot tub, the fire place and the great outdoors surrounding your Lodge, including the many deer we saw every day when we returned from the slopes, and we have to thank you and congratulate you for the wonderful gourmet breakfasts that you kindly prepared for us every morning at 6:30am. Oh, I really missed them! After trying your wonderful coffee, here nobody wants to drink any, because after trying yours ours is tasteless. We all know that you went out of your way to please us in many ways including getting a new grill for us to barbeque on the front patio, and on our last day, you woke up at 5am to prepare breakfast for all of us and to wish us a safe journey back home. Guys, I have been in more than 200 snow ski places, in different countries, and have stayed in many hotels and B and B, this tops them all. Congratulations and keep up the good service. We will come back for sure as well as many of our friends. May the Lord our God bless you. I enjoyed singing to your family.

Hal, Our weekend at Casa Del Cocinero was fantastic. My family and I greatly enjoyed the Guest House, especially the roaring fire prepared daily, and the breakfast each morning was a terrific start to each day. Thanks again for your hospitality, and I will recommend your B&B to anyone I know headed west to New Mexico!
